"First visit to Clearwater Beach and we were absolutely blown away by this hotel and the staff!
Having never been there, I based our booking on the good reviews I read and boy was I ever glad I picked this hotel! It's absolutely gorgeous! It's recently renovated; the property and rooms are spotlessly clean and beautiful!
The private beach area is a really nice feature as the beach does get very busy on hot days. The pool is beautiful, there's a zero-entry pool for little kids and a separate deeper pool - it's nice to have 2 options. There's shade if you want it and snacks and drinks are readily available.
There are multiple restaurants and bars within the hotel itself so you really dont have to leave the property but if you do, the area within walking distance is loaded with a variety of delicious places to eat and drink. It's safe, well-lit and easy to navigate.
The one thing we really want to call out about this hotel is the staff. From the second we walked in to the minute we left, every single employee we met went above and beyond to be friendly, helpful, supportive and a wonderful Hilton ambassador. Some notables over our stay were: Dillon, Anthony and Jason at the pool bar, Nick at the Tiki lounge, Kaitlyn handing out amazing lemon scented cold towels at the pool, Beatrice with Housekeeping and Aileen, Sam and Heather in the lobby lounge/restaurant! Each of them made an impression on us and made our stay one we'll never forget!
